Neurodivergent thinkers in this community — what's your experience with the Risk Efficacy framework so far?

The book argues that current talent infrastructure systematically miscodes neurodivergent signatures. I'd love to hear, from people in the community who'd describe themselves as neurodivergent: does the framework's vocabulary actually feel like an improvement, or does it just relabel the same misreadings? Trying to refine some research design and I'd rather start from real reports than my assumptions.

AuDHD here. The four-pillar split helped me understand why my performance reviews always read as contradictory — high on calibration and informed navigation, low on outcome achievement in the way it's traditionally measured because my outcome stream is bursty. Having that vocabulary to point at made the next conversation with a manager substantially easier.

Dyslexic. The signature-vs-deficit reframe is the single most useful thing I've read in years. I've stopped explaining myself in terms of what I'm slow at.

Diagnosed late as ADHD-PI. The resilience pillar gave me language for something I'd never been able to articulate — that recovery quality is a separate axis from initial decision quality, and I'm strong on one and weak on the other.
