How do you frame your Risk Efficacy score to non-technical friends?

I keep landing on "it's a measure of how good my decision process is, not how often I'm right." Curious what frames have worked for others.

I tell people it's like a calibration check on a thermometer — it's not measuring temperature, it's measuring whether the thermometer is honest about what it's measuring.

Mine: "It tells me when I should trust myself and when I shouldn't." Most people get it from there.

I've started with the resilience pillar because it's the most relatable. "How well do you recover when you get something wrong?" lands faster than "how calibrated are your priors."
